Mermaid candy bar

A little bit more simple than Erietta's candy bar was that of Ioanna's.

Ioanna's christening took place in Mykonos and here I was again to prepare the candy bar at the restaurant where her party took place.

Our theme was the mermaid thus we prepare some really cute candy bars for all the guests to take home.

Cupcake candy bar

Eriettas' christening that took place this summer was a nice opportunity for me to prepare the candy bar for her special day.

Lots of cupcakes, lots of cake pops, chocolates and many other candies found their place in the sweetest candy bar ever!

Wish books

The wish book along with the photos are the lasting moments of the baptism day.

If you are a crafter the wish book is the perfect gift to make to the family of the baby  (remember though to give it before the ceremony ;) )) In that book, which is usually placed somewhere by the candy bar, the guests can write their wishes to the baby and the family. Imagine you reading years later the wish books with your children! What a wonderful moment that would be!

For Eriettas christening I made a wish book of course with some cupcake glimpse in accordance with our theme and the cupcake invitations!

Kostakis had his wish book as well!

Cupcake invitations DIY

Eriettas' christening theme was ''cupcakes''!

You know that I am a cupcake addict so the whole story was really interesting for me.

To begin with, I had to find an invitation that would get the guests into the cupcake mood.

And what would be more adequate than a cupcake invitation? I didn't want just to draw a cupcake into a plain invitation I want to make an actual cupcake as invitation.

So I came up with the template,the colours, the text and of course the funny cupcaky pocket to put the invitation inside.

One more summer season came to an end

And here I am after a really weird summer... Instead of the fact that the weather went crazy and the summer didn't want to leave (so as the hotel guests) the rest of the summer was pretty much awkward for me.

First of all we lost Babis my 5year old rabbit. Those who have been following me through the social media know that this was much of a loss for me.But like everyone says, life goes on, it will always live in our heart,everything happens for a reason etc etc

That was a big shadow at my summer..

Other than that Mr. Big was a huge help.Coming almost every weekend for a visit bringing me tons of good energy and lots of love.

But of course what kept me busy this summer was the preparation of Eriettas christening.
From the invitations to the candy bar,everything was my responsibility and since Ketty, Eriettas mother is a good friend of mine I didn't want to let her down.

I will prepare separate posts for everything with tutorials and step by step instructions. Stay tuned!
